Fuyoodh al-Bari 'ala Lawami' al-Darari (Muqaddimah of Sahih al-Bukhari)

Fuyoodh al-Bari is an invaluable work authored by Hazrat Shaykh al-Hadith Maulana Islamul Haqq Sahib (rahmatullahi alayhi), the shaykh al-hadith of Darul Uloom Bury for 16 years and who passed away in Madina Munawwara in sajdah at the time of tahajjud 25 years ago on 28th Ramadan 1416 AH (February 1996)

Spanning over 400 pages, Fuyoodh al-Bari details the biography of Imam Bukhari (rahmatullahi alayhi); important points regarding the science of hadith; the authority of the Sunnah and answers to the objections of hadith rejectors; important discussions regarding the various types of hadith compilations; and a detailed discussion on the first chapter-heading of Sahih al-Bukhari. Sadly, Hazrat Shaykh al-Hadith Maulana Islamul Haqq Sahib (rahmatullahi alayhi) passed away before he was able to write the commentary of the first hadith.
