Organic forest honey made by bees from the oaks and holm oaks that are located in the Natural Park of the Cebollera in Soria, Spain. These parks are located in the province of Soria (Spain) at an altitude of 1,500 meters to 2,200 meters.

Our organic forest honey is dark amber colour, floral-scented, with a clear component of toasted cereal (malted), intense and persistent, a sweet sensation in mouth, with clear salty notes and a presence of malted taste in the retro nasal area. We harvest it from beehives during the months of July and August.
